About us

Kashmir, hosted by Kashmiris

Homestays of Kashmir is a co-hosting company from the valley. We work directly with local families and owners in Srinagar, Gulmarg, Pahalgam, Sonamarg and beyond, and we help them welcome travellers properly: clean rooms, honest pricing and a real person on the phone when you need one.

How we are different

• Every home is visited. We list only properties our team has stayed in or inspected.
• One local contact. From your first enquiry to check-out, you talk to the same person.
• Fair to hosts. Families keep most of what you pay. Your stay supports the local economy directly.
• We plan the rest. Airport pickups, drivers, shikara rides, ski gear and treks — just ask.
